SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped from New York within 8-10 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Each piece of jewelry is handmade after the order is placed. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Shipping windows cannot always be guaranteed.
JLJ ships via UPS and USPS in the continental US. A choice of shipping carriers and shipping rates are offered at check out. JLJ does not offer international shipping at this time.
RETURN POLICY
We want to do everything possible to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
Returned items will be accepted for merchandise credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. All items that are returned must be unworn and in original condition with original packaging.
To return your selection for merchandise credit or to make an exchange, please email INFO@JENNYLAURENJEWELRY.COM to request a return label and carefully follow the instructions included with your package.
